Our hot water heater went out sometime in the middle of the night. Called Griffin around 9:30am and had someone at our house around 10:15. James helped us and was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He explained the process and gave us all our options. Did the full install within a couple of hours and we took our first hot shower around 1:30. Very smooth process. Highly recommend.

James and his partner were fantastic! They were professional, on time, and very clean! They even put on booties every time they walked into the house even after removing them for multiple trips to the work van. They gave recommendations on what I may want to consider with zero pressure to purchase anything now. Rather they shared their knowledge in an informative way that wasn’t too pushy. My new toilet looks great and was done fairly quickly. Nothing messy left for me to clean up or wipe down. They also tightened a loose kitchen faucet for me at no charge. I’ll definitely use Griffin Plumbing again!

I had a very serious plumbing issue that came out to be over $10K of work. Griffin provided 0% for 18 months financing. The crew came everyday. They dug up my front and side yards and left it like they found it. The front office called us everyday to confirm we were happy.
